MAC reflection

i went to MCA in chicago this week, i am so happy to being there, the artwork right there is "strange". the museum contains mnay different works. they are different from most museums that i have visited, this trip let me know what comtempatory art is. the other wonderful thing is the souvenirs in the store inside the museum are diversify as the artwork in the museum. the building is cool as well.

in our daily life, people usually forget one part of them--shadow, through shadow, we can see things in the other side. i mean the original side. sometimes, the object would more clear than we see in our life.

chicago public art

after i listen to the art tour, i didn't real want to go to see these art work. but when i arrived the loop and then begin to appreciate these artwork, it's real good. all of them have their own styles. sach as the four seasons is a painting, the bowman and the spearman is statue, and the jay prilizker pavilion is a metal conformation. in addition, they are pretty beautiful.eventhough the wether was hot, i still enjoy the trip.

reflection: House of Blues

before i go to the house of blues, i thought it only about music. however,i am wrong.
the house of blues is an awesome place about art. when i entered the house, the mood just like art is around me. the light is dark, the room is classic, and the art works in the whole house, let you just like to trace back to the Culture Revolution. evry things looks so beautiful.
wow! i should go the one more time.

film report-- "bright star"

this movie is about a young famous poet fall in love with his next door young lady. however, the lady's mum doesn't allow this relationship. they only express their love whith letter. unfortunately, the guy get silk and die.
in this movie, i feel not all the romantic story have a happy ending.it just like not all the art are beautiful.

art theme about Sacred Realm

just as what you see, it's a buddha. when people talking about buddha, we honw it's relate to religion. this huge buddha located on china. it's a good place to visit if you like religion culture and art.

reflection: art institute museum

after a week we visited the culture central, today we have been to the art institute museum in chicago. this time it gave us a bigger suprise.it has more famous painting, just like Harald Sohlberg's Fishman's Cottage; George Seurat's A Sunday On La Grande Jatte; Van Gogh's The Bedroom, etc.its atmosphere can give people a power of image. this visit let me know that many famous artwork would spend the artist much time.this trip is awesome!

reflection: trip of cultural center in chicago

i have visited the chicago cultural center where is a wonderful place in chicago with classmates. the first impression to me is its large, it has a little culture element inside. the artwork i most like is a painting which draws many cars driving in the road at night. the sky is lighting and red. but in the both sides of the road have a bright light, in addition, the some light from the cars and the windows of houses near the road, they make the night like a daytime, special in the black background.everything looks so peace. it give people a warm feeling.
